We are altogether twelve students and three mentors, these students are divided into two groups of six students. The teams are called the Blackhawks and the Whitehawks (2218-B and 2218-A). The Blackhawks are composed mostly of new members, however, always remains a student with experience in charge, in addition, the Whitehawks, being composed mostly of members with more experience, help new students. Students may be on the team until they graduate from grade twelve. We have a parent committee and a student committee, where the opinions of the parents are considered as those of the students.

Introduction

aboutus
We are the robotics team number 2218-A, of the University Gardens High School. We compete in Vex Robotics competitions. We have been competing in them since 2009. Each year we have new members, completing a group of 12 people. Each year has a group of mentors that helps our students. This year we are counting on three mentors; Adriana Reyes, David Díaz and Maritza Martínez. We have the necessary facilities to create a comfortable environment for creativity. The Club focuses on
the skills of each student, regardless of who they are and has the duty to help them increase
their knowledge and create a complete environment for all members.
